This Privacy Policy describes how Altcoin Apparel, a brand operated by WE3 Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit altcoinapparel.com or interact with our brand. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described here.

WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR MONEY.

5. WEB3 & WALLET ADDRESSES

If you connect a wallet, sign a transaction, or pay in cryptocurrency:

  • Your public wallet address may be linked to your order in our records
  • Public on-chain transactions are, by their nature, publicly visible
  • We never request, collect, or store your seed phrase or private keys
  • We never have control over your wallet or its contents

  • Request a copy of your personal information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate personal information

7. YOUR RIGHTS — EU / UK / EEA RESIDENTS (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to:

8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

12. DO NOT TRACK

Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no industry standard for honoring DNT signals, we do not currently respond to them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
