Welcome to Altcoin Apparel. Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using altcoinapparel.com (the "Site") or purchasing any of our products. By accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our brand, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Altcoin Apparel

Altcoin Apparel is an independent print-on-demand (POD) apparel and merchandise brand creating crypto-, Bitcoin-, NFT-, Web3-, and meme-culture-inspired designs for entertainment, self-expression, and community purposes. Altcoin Apparel is operated by WE3 Media LLC, based in Olathe, Kansas, USA. We are a clothing company. We are not a financial institution, broker, exchange, investment advisor, registered investment advisor (RIA), tax professional, or legal advisor.

2. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE — Entertainment & Expression Only

This is the most important section. Read it carefully.

All products, designs, slogans, graphics, social media content, blog posts, email content, packaging, and any other content created, distributed, or sold by Altcoin Apparel are for entertainment, novelty, satire, parody, commentary, and self-expression purposes only. Nothing on this Site or on any product constitutes:

• Financial advice
• Investment advice
• Trading advice
• Tax advice
• Legal advice
• A solicitation, offer, or recommendation to buy, sell, hold, stake, mint, swap, bridge, or otherwise transact in any cryptocurrency, token, NFT, digital asset, security, derivative, or financial instrument
• An endorsement of any specific blockchain, protocol, project, exchange, wallet, or platform referenced in our designs
• A guarantee or prediction of any market outcome, price movement, or financial result

Phrases printed on our products — including but not limited to "HODL," "Buy the Dip," "Diamond Hands," "To the Moon," "Stack Sats," "WAGMI," "GM," "DYOR," and similar crypto-culture vernacular — are cultural references and inside jokes. They are not instructions, recommendations, or advice of any kind.

You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Cryptocurrency, NFTs, and digital assets are highly volatile, speculative, and risky. You may lose all or substantially all of the value of any digital assets you acquire. 3. Intellectual Property — Our Designs

All original designs, graphics, logos, slogans, illustrations, product photography, written content, and brand assets created by or for Altcoin Apparel are the exclusive property of Altcoin Apparel and/or WE3 Media LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.

You may not, without express written permission:

• Reproduce, copy, scrape, or replicate our designs in whole or in part
• Sell, distribute, or display our designs commercially
• Train AI/ML models on our images or content
• Mirror, frame, or republish Site content
• Remove or alter copyright notices, watermarks, or attributions
• Use our brand name, logo, or designs to imply endorsement or partnership

Personal-use purchases of our products grant you ownership of the physical garment, not a license to reproduce the printed artwork.

4. Intellectual Property — Parody, Commentary & Third-Party Marks

Altcoin Apparel creates designs that frequently reference, comment on, satirize, or parody public figures, brands, projects, memes, pop culture, and crypto-industry phenomena. These references are made under the doctrines of fair use, parody, satire, and editorial commentary as recognized under U.S. copyright and trademark law (17 U.S.C. § 107; Campbell v. Acuff-Rose Music, Inc., 510 U.S. 569 (1994); and related authorities).

Any third-party names, ticker symbols, logos, or marks that appear in our designs are the property of their respective owners. Their use does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement.

If you are an intellectual property owner and believe a design infringes your rights, please use the DMCA process in Section 16 below.

5. Print-on-Demand & Production

Altcoin Apparel operates a print-on-demand model. This means:

• Products are produced after you place your order, typically by third-party fulfillment partners (currently including but not limited to Printful and Printify).
• Each item is custom-made to order.
• Slight variations in print placement, color, and texture between units are inherent to the process and are not defects.
• Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

By ordering, you acknowledge and accept the nature of POD production.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates provided by our fulfillment partners and carriers. Altcoin Apparel is not liable for carrier delays, customs delays, weather events, lost packages once handed to the carrier, or any other shipping disruption outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your destination country, all of which are your responsibility.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because each item is printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing errors, or change-of-mind.

We will replace or refund products that arrive:

• Damaged in transit
• Misprinted or with material print defects
• Materially different from the product description

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence to contact@altcoinapparel.com.

This policy reflects industry-standard POD practices and does not affect any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

8. Product Warranty

Products are warranted to be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 30 days from the delivery date.

Covered: seam failures, print defects present at delivery, material defects, fastener failures.

Not covered: normal wear and tear, fading from washing or sunlight, improper care, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or misuse.

9. Pricing, Payment & Currency

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices, products, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
• Applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout.
• We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and — where offered — cryptocurrency payment processors.
• Cryptocurrency payments, when accepted, are processed by third-party providers and are subject to those providers' terms. Crypto payments are non-reversible.
• We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.

10. NFT, Token-Gated, or Web3-Native Drops

From time to time, Altcoin Apparel may offer products, drops, or experiences that are tied to NFTs, token holdings, wallet signatures, or other Web3 mechanics ("Web3 Drops"). When we do:

• Eligibility requirements will be clearly disclosed.
• You are responsible for the security of your wallet, seed phrase, and private keys. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys.
• You are responsible for all on-chain transaction (gas) fees.
• Smart contracts and blockchains carry inherent risks including bugs, exploits, network congestion, and total loss of funds. We are not liable for losses arising from these risks.
• NFT ownership grants the rights specified in the applicable mint/sale terms — typically a personal-use license, not a transfer of underlying copyright.

11. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

12. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the IP or privacy rights of any party
• Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Harass, threaten, or defame any person, including our team and fulfillment partners
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated systems to access the Site without permission
• Resell our products through unauthorized channels or at unauthorized markups
• Attempt to bypass security measures, rate limits, or access controls
• Use the Site or our products in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems

13. Disclaimers — "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"

THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALTCOIN APPAREL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALTCOIN APPAREL, WE3 MEDIA LLC, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS, OR LOST INVESTMENT VALUE — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100 USD).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Altcoin Apparel, WE3 Media LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site or products; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any financial, investment, or digital-asset decision you make.

16. DMCA & Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on our Site infringes your copyright, send a written DMCA notice to contact@altcoinapparel.com including:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the rights owner or authorized agent
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its URL on our Site
4. Your contact information
5. A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act

We respond to valid DMCA notices in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512.

17. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to third-party sites, wallets, exchanges, marketplaces, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Use them at your own risk.

18. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

19. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute through informal negotiation for at least 30 days before pursuing further action. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered in Johnson County, Kansas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP infringement, unauthorized access, or breach of confidentiality. You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis only — no class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies referenced or linked from the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Altcoin Apparel.
